Dispatch-IT is the end result of a journey that started back in 2013. Gabriel, our founder, worked as a trucker for a few years before becoming an owner-operator and, finally, opening his own trucking business. He’s an avid motorhead who is deeply passionate about all things trucking: the hard work, the freedom, the independence… You name it.
He struggled, however, with finding a software solution that accommodated his growing needs. The TMS solutions he tested didn’t really hit the mark in terms of accessibility or price-point, so he decided to roll up his sleeves and create his own trucking management software from scratch.
The result? Dispatch-IT, the trucking solution that allowed him to grow his company by 400% with only a 2.3X increase in workforce.
